3. The cohesive force of the twisted and untwisted hemp fabric is poor. If the strength used during washing is too large, the structure of the fabric will be displaced, making the hemp fabric easy to fluff. When washing with a washing machine, the amount of water should be larger, lightly washed, and the drying time should be short, so that the friction between the hemp fabric and the container wall can be reduced, and the fiber can be protected. Avoid wringing during rinsing, otherwise it will easily cause the sliding deformation of the fabric tissue, affecting its appearance. Washing time should not be too long, preferably 10-15 minutes.
4. Bleaching The tissue to be thoroughly immersed in hemp fabric is relatively thick, so it should be soaked as evenly as possible during bleaching. It can be soaked at room temperature for 20 minutes with 2% sodium hypochlorite bleach, then washed with water and brightener. Whitening treatment.
