In this context, as early as November 26, 1997, the former China National Textile and Apparel Council reported to the State Economic and Trade Commission the proposal proposal for the “New Type of Dyeing and Finishing Equipment and Process Technology” project. This project received the support of the state and the State Economic and Trade Commission entrusted China International Engineering Consulting Company with an assessment in February 1998. The China Textile Association compiled the supplementary report of the project according to the demonstration. The State Economic and Trade Commission quickly approved the implementation of the project.
